Daniel Senior
Managing Partner
Daniel’s practice focuses on corporate, commercial and real estate law. He acts for businesses of all sizes and stages in their development cycle, as well as high net-worth individuals. After practicing commercial law at a large downtown-Toronto firm, he sought the challenge of establishing a new firm dedicated to providing clients in the Greater Toronto Area with high-quality, expeditious legal services at fair rates.
Think Green Law is an entrepreneurial law firm that not only serves, but also collaborates with its clients to help them maximize their personal and business objectives.
Daniel hasn’t always practiced corporate/commercial law. In the early years of his career, Daniel was a litigator who enjoyed a successful track record in British Columbia and later, Ontario. Daniel has appeared on behalf of clients at all levels of Court in Ontario and B.C., including at the Provincial, Superior and Appeals Court levels. He is also experienced in conducting complex mediations and arbitrations.

*Daniel was granted acceptance to Law School after completing only 3 of 4 years of his Honours undergraduate program as a result of exceptional academic achievement.
Personal:
In his limited personal time, Daniel spends time with family, is active athletically and enjoys the outdoors.

Personal:
Melinda spends most of her spare time running, working out and staying involved in the local basketball community. She is a huge fan of all things NBA, Harry Potter, Star Wars and Game of Thrones.
Melinda Marghetis
Associate
Melinda is an associate practicing corporate/commercial, estate planning and real estate law. Her practice encompasses a broad range of business matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and corporation setup. She also assists individuals in preparing wills, powers of attorney, probate applications, and with various components of their real estate needs.
Within the greater legal community, Melinda is a member of the Hellenic Canadian Lawyers’ Association. She serves as a member of the Student Committee, recruiting Canadian law students of Hellenic descent to the association and communicating with law schools across Canada to promote student scholarships.
Education:
Melinda earned her J.D. (Cum Laude) from the University of Ottawa, where she served as a vice president of the Faculty of Law’s student government. Prior to law school, she obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (with Distinction) from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson). While completing her undergraduate studies, Melinda was a member of TMU’s varsity cross-country running team. Outside of school, Melinda developed significant business experience while working with her entrepreneurial family, allowing her to bring a legal and practical approach to assisting her clients.
